One-on-one coaching to help you understand your unique ADHD brain and build a life you love.

You’ve got questions? I’ve got answers.

What is an ADHD Coach?

An ADHD Coach is a coach specifically trained to help people with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) better manage their lives. My specialty is strengths based coaching and meaningful conversations in order to put tools in your toolbox so you’re able to transform your relationship with your ADHD.

How does coaching work?

We will meet between two, three, or four times per month for up to 55 minutes per session. Our first session will be a bit longer so we can focus on your dopamine profile. This will help us build a framework for future sessions. In each session, you’ll come with something specific to discuss. It could be a variety of things, so don’t worry about what – we’ll go over this together.  Each session you’ll leave with tangible and executable tools to move you closer to where you want to be in life.

How do I find the right coach?

Interview them! Reputable coaches will offer 15-30 of their time, free of charge, for you to ask questions and learn more about their coaching process.

How do we meet?

Currently all my coaching sessions are through Zoom. I recommend your camera be on, but if you’d like it to be off – you do you.

How long do I need to be coached for?

Coaching takes time, but you decide how often, and for how long, you want to be coached. When I started, I met with my coach weekly for the first month, then moved to every other week. Coaches typically work with clients 6 months or longer and some clients have even worked with coaches for years.

Do I really need a coach?

My guess is if you’re doing research, you’re interested in coaching and should consider giving it a try. You’re likely struggling with something and coaching could be part of the solution to get you to where you want to be. Give it a chance and click here to book a 25 minute complimentary consult.
